Refund policy

The short version: everything here is made by hand, most of it just for you, so sales are final. But if something arrives damaged, wrong, or not made to the measurements you sent, I'll make it right. Just message me within 7 days.

The Rack

Rack pieces are one-of-one prototypes, so they're final sale. The piece in the photos is the piece you get, and I list the size on every item. Not sure about fit? Message me before you buy and I'll send measurements.

Tailored and custom clothing

These are made to your size, color and measurements after you order, so they're final sale. If something I made doesn't match the measurements you sent, or there's a flaw in my work, message me within 14 days and I'll alter or fix it for free.

Press-on nails

  • For hygiene, press-on sets can't be returned once they've shipped.
  • If a nail arrives broken, or a Custom fit nail doesn't match the size you sent, message me within 7 days with a photo and I'll remake those nails for free.
  • Not sure of your size? Choose Custom fit and type in your numbers, or message me and I'll help.

Custom deposits

The $5 custom nail deposit and $20 custom clothing deposit hold your spot and come off your final price. They're non-refundable once we've started designing together. If I can't take on your order, I'll refund your deposit in full.

Beauty

Unopened beauty products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene, opened products are final sale. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.

Patterns

Patterns are digital files emailed to you, so they can't be refunded. If anything is wrong with your file, message me and I'll sort it out.

Cancellations

Changed your mind? Message me within 24 hours of ordering. If I haven't started on your piece yet, I'll cancel it and refund you in full.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email me within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. I'll replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer.

How refunds work

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and usually show up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Appointments and lessons

In-person nail appointments and lessons are booked through GlossGenius and follow the booking policy shown there.
