Shipping policy
The short version: I ship worldwide from Indiana with tracking, and US shipping is free on orders of $70 or more. Handmade pieces need a little time before they ship. Here's how long each kind takes.
When your order ships
- The Rack and Beauty: ready to go, ships in 2 to 4 business days.
- Press-on sets: hand-painted after you order, ships in 5 to 10 business days.
- Custom nail sets: ships 1 to 2 weeks after your design is approved and paid.
- Tailored clothing: handmade after you order, usually ships in 2 to 4 weeks. Bigger pieces like Pierrot can take longer, and I'll email you a timeline.
- Custom clothing: your timeline comes with your quote.
- Patterns: emailed to you within 2 business days.
Need something by a certain date? Message me before you order and I'll tell you honestly whether I can make it.
Shipping rates
- United States, Standard: $8, free on orders of $70 or more
- United States, Express: $15
- Canada: $20
- Everywhere else: $30
Every order ships with tracking, and your tracking link arrives by email as soon as it's on the way.
International orders
I ship worldwide. Customs duties, import taxes and fees charged by your country aren't included in the price and are paid by you on delivery. Delivery usually takes 1 to 4 weeks after your order ships, depending on your country and customs.
Lost, delayed or damaged packages
- Please double-check your address at checkout. I can't be responsible for packages sent to an address entered incorrectly.
- If your tracking hasn't moved in a while, message me and I'll help you chase it down.
- If your order arrives damaged, email me within 7 days with a photo and I'll make it right.
